Check in and Check out

Check in after 4 pm and before 7 pm. Check out no later than 10 am

Let us know if you'd like to arrive or depart outside of these times
and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Payments & Deposits

A prepayment of 50% is due at time of reservations are made.

The remaining 50% will be billed to your credit car 30 days before arrival.

If reservation is made less than 30 days before you arrive, the entire amount is due.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservations, call 828-835-9982 or email me immediately.

Cancellations 30 days or more prior to arrival: You will receive a refund of all payment(s) made for reservation, less an administrative fee of $50.00.

Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival: As soon as cancellation is received, the period of time you reserved will be added back to the calendar. If we are able to re-rent the entire time reserved to another guest, you will receive a refund of all payment(s) made for reservation, less an administrative fee of $50.00.   If we are able to re-rent a portion of the days originally reserved, you will receive a pro-rated refund of payment(s) made for reservation, according to the number of dates re-rented, less an administrative fee of $50.00.

If we are unable to re-rent the original time reserved to another guest, you will not be entitled to a refund of any rent payment(s) made on the reservation, unless there are extenuating circumstances.  An example of these extenuating circumstances would be; a death in the immediate family, a serious illness, or other understandable circumstances.  These extenuating circumstances would be subject to the approval of cabin owner.  If cabin owner approves, you will be credited the amount paid towards a rescheduled reservation within the same year. 

If you have a serious issue which prevents you from keeping your reservation.  Please call 828-835-9982 or email me as soon as you are made away of the issue, so that we can discuss a resolution.
